Recently freed from governmental control, the coffee industry in India is sizable and at times offers real value. The approximately 4 million bags are about half robusta and half arabica. The robusta cherry "AB" is widely used by quality conscious roasters as the robusta component in espresso. The naturals and washed arabicas are consistent and clean. Everyone should classify Indian coffee so that it can be used when the price makes sense.

Robusta Cherry "AB"
Natural Cherry "AB"
Washed Plantation "A" & "B"
Monsoon Malabar "AA"
