We are proud of the fact that Captain Cook Coffee is the oldest existing coffee
company in Hawaii. The Captain Cook Coffee mill and warehouse is located in the rustic town of Kainaliu on the
Kona Coast. Since the 1880's, Captain Cook has been growing and processing raw green specialty coffee. At Captain
Cook we purchase only freshly picked, ripe coffee cherries and selected parchment from our local farmers. Once
the selected cherries have reached our facility, they are then milled, graded and prepared for shipment to roasters
worldwide. Since we take an active part in all stages of production of Kona coffee, we believe our coffee beans
to be the best available Kona. We carry a full line:
