Guatemala's coffee is as varied as its topography. From the prime washed grade that
is grown at lower altitudes (perfectly suitable as a base in a blend), to the strictly hard bean grown in the volcanic
soil of Antigua, this country offers just about anything you might need. With an annual production of around 4
million bags, the crop is basically shipped as it is harvested and must be bought and used in the January/June
